Returns and Exchanges

Below you’ll find return, replacement, and delivery information for physical items purchased from the TPG shop.

Made-to-Order Items:
TPG goods are printed and produced specifically for each order. Because of this, all items are final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

When shopping for apparel, we encourage you to visit the Fitting Room to find size charts and guidance for choosing the best fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@theproofreadergreenhouse.com within 14 days of delivery and attach a photo of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. These issues are handled in coordination with our fulfillment partner.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages:
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered, lost in transit, or returned as unclaimed or undeliverable.

If your tracking shows an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
